About Lazy Daisy's Lakeland Kitchen

The business came about in the summer of 2007. The name was a play on words taken from the owners taking their annual skiing trip in the beautiful skiing resort of Zell Am Ze Austria. They visited a small earthy restaurant/club called Crazy Daisy's. Everything about this venue was so relaxing and was set in the most beautiful surroundings and so the name Lazy Daisy's was born. There is more emphasise on Cumbrian cooking with local suppliers being used whenever practicable.

The Lake District is one of the UK's premier walking destinations with untold scenery and panoramic views.

Wherever possible we use local suppliers to help keep our carbon footprint to an absolute minimum and also in doing so we are utilising all the quality that local Cumbrian producers can offer.
